This is the best Hollandaise Sauce I have ever made. In this picture you see: Pillsbury's flaky layers (rolls), Owens maple sausage, poached eggs with fatty, delicious buttery, lemony, goodness hollandaise sauce. If you are of age, the best way to finish this off is with Mimosa.
I also made this months and months ago before we moved. I am finally posting it. Gosh golly, I can taste it now... my mouth is watering.
